For optimal effect, we recommend 4-5 sprays under the tongue, leaving for 1 minute and then swallowing. The recommended daily intake of 10 sprays or 0.5 ml (50 mg CBD) must not be exceeded. 1 spray (0.05 ml or 5 mg CBD) corresponds to 10% of the recommended daily intake.
